Production steps
- Make the day before the Hawaiian dinner.
- Cook macaroni soft, rinse cold, drain well.
- Mix dressing (mayo, milk, brown sugar, vinegar, garlic salt, pepper).
- Fold in veg + dressing; HOLD BACK ~15% dressing.
- Refrigerate. Refresh with reserved dressing right before serving.
